Once completed (after many years hard work), the Queen's Scout Badge is normally awarded through the local District at the earliest practical opportunity. Once a year (normally in July) the County holds a Top Awards ceremony when all who have received the Queen's Scout Award are invited (with family and friends) to have their certificate formally presented.
